Unlike NiMH packs, Sodium-Ion Battery requires only 16 bus bars and 36 nuts. This hardware kit includes 1 extra bus bar and two extra wide flange nuts.

Nickel Plating provides additional protection to copper against corrosion and tarnishing while retaining its excellent conductive properties. Together with solid stainless steel wide flange nuts, the kit will result in a clean and efficient connection of Hybrid Battery Pack modules for long-lasting repair.

Flange Hex Nuts are made of solid DIN/ISO A2-70 Stainless Steel, corrosion-resistant steel, also known as ASTM-304.A2 / ASTM-304 (18-8) Stainless with 18% Chromium & 8% Nickel content.

CAUTION: EV Hybrid Battery Pack is a High-Voltage System, take safety precautions to prevent electrical shocks, such as wearing insulated gloves and removing the service plug grip. After removing the service plug grip, put it in your pocket to prevent other technicians from reconnecting it while you are servicing the high–voltage system. After disconnecting the service plug grip, wait at least for 5 minutes before touching any of the high–voltage connectors or terminals (at least 5 minutes is required to discharge the high–voltage condenser inside the inverter.)
