The wire harness is designed for the Toyota Camry Hybrid (2012–2017, 2018 SE/XLE only), Toyota Avalon Hybrid (2013–2018), and Lexus ES300h (2013–2018), which share the same hybrid battery pack and voltage sensor architecture. It was engineered and developed in the USA, with three main goals in mind:
To be as efficient as, or more efficient than, the OEM in transmitting a signal between the battery modules and the ECU.
To be more durable and reliable than the OEM wire harness.
To be more cost-effective than the OEM wire harness alternative.
